Delicate Jade & Silver Gilt Nosegay Brooch

A delicate green jade bud set in a silver gilt nosegay brooch. Engraved leaves curl around the jade teardrop, set atop a slender stem. A twist of silver gilt wire frames the flower. The lightweight brooch fastens with a secure safety clasp. Circa 1950.
